Motivation Is Not The Requirement
In my first opportunity leading a team in corporate, I was trained to identify two things before investing more time into someone: their willingness and their ability. My supervisor explained it simply — a person needed both for the investment to be worthwhile. If someone was willing but unable to complete the task, don’t invest. Have You Considered the Kindness of God?
The Whole Loaf — Testimony & Encounter Have you considered the kindness of God? That was the question presented to me this morning. And if I’m honest, my immediate answer was yes — but not always. “The same thing I see in you.” That was what the Lord whispered to me one Wednesday evening, in the middle of prayer. Earlier that day, I couldn’t shake the story of the woman at the well. It replayed in my mind on a loop—unusual, because while I was familiar with the story, I never considered it particularly relatable or teachable for me. I knew it, but I didn’t see myself in it. And then I did what we’re often hesitant to do. I asked God. “What did You see in her?” I assume

No Strategy Will Ever Out Do The Lords Sovereignty
Maybe it’s time to confess — I’ve struggled with distinguishing my best from the Lord’s yes. For a long time, I didn’t believe it was okay if I didn’t get it right the first time. I didn’t believe it was okay to not be one hundred percent sure I was making the best decision. And I certainly didn’t believe it was okay to give something a real shot, even if I might fail. But it is. Because He is with me. I’ve been guilty of thinking I could disappoint God by not succeeding — as
